Email address: to verify your account and let you rate. An unverified account cannot rate. Your ratings: what you rated, how long the decision took, and whether you opened the item. Your topic preference: stored in a cookie on your device; also written to your account if you have one. Signup channel: which site you came from (domain only).

No device fingerprinting and no visitor tracking table. This is not a preference, it is a written decision (ADR-019). Today we do not ask for identity documents or national ID numbers. If higher verification tiers open later, this text will be updated and you will be notified separately. Your browsing history is not tracked; reading habits are inferred only from the ratings you give.

Ratings are processed to compute an item's index score. The score comes not from individuals but from the shared judgement of readers who differ from one another. Your username and your ratings are never published anywhere and are never given to any outlet.

Account data is processed to form and perform the contract. Rating data falls under legitimate interest: measurement is the product's reason for existing, and ratings are never published alongside your identity.

Personal data is not sold to third parties and is not shared for marketing. Aggregate, de-identified statistics (for example an outlet's score) are published; these cannot be traced back to a person. Service providers are used for hosting, database and email delivery, and their servers are outside Turkey. Your data is transferred abroad in order to provide these services: Hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States) Database: Neon Inc., on Amazon Web Services infrastructure (Frankfurt, Germany) Email delivery: Resend Inc. (United States) Transfer is limited to the data needed to provide the service. These providers do not use the data for their own purposes.

Ratings are not deleted: a rating is a fact that happened, and score history rests on it (ADR-009). But ratings are never published alongside your identity. If you want to close your account, you can request it at the address on the Contact page. When your account is closed, your email address and account details are deleted; the ratings you gave remain severed from your identity and can no longer be linked to you.

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to the address on the Contact page. If you request a copy of the data about you, it will be sent to you as a machine-readable file once your identity is verified. Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest. The product measures bylined media content. Creator details come not from you but from publicly published content. Every creator within measurement scope is listed in a permanent public notice; correction and right of reply are written on that page.
