Rating requires a verified email address. One person opens one account. Rating with automated tools, multiplying accounts, or attempting to move a source's score collectively is prohibited; the system measures such behaviour and limits its effect.

Scores are computed from user ratings and are not the product's own judgement. No score is published before participation is sufficient. Scores are informational; they are not a legal determination about the accuracy of an item or a person.

Accounts that breach the rules may be suspended. A suspended account's past ratings are not deleted but are removed from score computation. The record stands, its contribution to measurement ends.
